Every people has experience with them story, right? Especially me too. Now, I want to share with you my experience talk about Work experience that I have at University.
Work experience is usually experienced by someone who is already working. actually, I don't have work experience because I'm still sitting in college.
work experience can also be experienced by students sometimes called "work placement". Student work placements are when you work with a host employer as part of a high school, university or course. These placements are also called vocational placements, unpaid internships, or unpaid work experiences. Student work placements are conducted so that each student is trained to have professional skills in meeting graduation standards university and fulfill the requirements to get a good job going forward. Not only that, but activities in the organization are also part of the work experience for students.
here I will share with you about my work experience at university. my work experience is an organizational activity that I have carried out to date, namely HMPS EDSA and KARATE UKI organizations. I joined the two organizations so that I could have campus activities.
The first is HMPS EDSA (English Department Student Association.) It is an organization conducted by students to have a leadership attitude in us and can socialize among EED students (English Education Department). The purpose of this organization is to train each student to be competent, foster a confident attitude, and make the English Education Department students prosper. My position in this organization is as Commission 3, namely Public Relations. where the task of Public Relations is to contact the speaker or the person concerned and post news events that have been held.
Many of the activities that we have carried out in EDSA organizations, such as Workshops, Collegiate Forums, Seminars, Exhibitions, MAKRAB, Community Service, and so on.

The second is the KARATE organization at my university.
in the Karate organization, I have a position as secretary 2. Where I have to make an event planning report and make a proposal in the event activities that will be carried out. Many activities that I have participated in in the Karate Organization, such as taking the belt rise test, GASHUKU event, as well as being a supporter of my friends who will fight.

Sometimes, I'm afraid to become a fighter. but right now I'm working hard to become a fighter and take part in next year's competition. Please pray for me, so that I can take part in next year's competition and be able to throw away my fear.
